Ladies and gents, we have a New Super Moon in the sign of Gemini. At any New Moon the Sun and Moon create what is called in astrology an exact conjunction. What this means is that the Sun and Moon share the same zodiacal sign and the same number of degrees and minutes. This togetherness creates a window of complete cohesion that enables that sign in that particular degree to access powerful intentions. Then to plant your seeds of intention into the rich fertile soil to come fruition on a New Moon. This happens both on a personal and a global level. At a Super New Moon this intention is greatly magnified, in order to feel and experience a more lasting existence.
We have the Sun and Moon in the sign of Gemini. What could this mean?
The sign of Gemini physically rules our hands, lungs and our nervous system. The sign Gemini also governs our grief. This strong emotion is stored in our lungs and when not felt and acknowledged by feeling into our loss, could affect our nervous system.
Planet Mercury rules the sign of Gemini. This planet primarily governs communication and how we use our words.
All planets and signs have a functional and dysfunctional expression. The functional expression can show us how to learn (Gemini) and it can teach (Sagittarius) us to notice the words that we speak, including our facial and physical behaviours that we demonstrate. Then we may possibly re-evaluate and choose to change what does not feel good within our heart and mind.
Planet Mercury can be The Messenger from The Gods when we access our thought patterns and channel this through our Higher Mind. Where do you have planet Mercury in your chart? What Higher Messages is Mercury sending to your mind? How do these thoughts concern me?
Possibly in the lead up to the New Moon and right on the time this occurs, we can ask our Higher Self to work with the area of life that is represented by our house placement of our own planet Mercury.
Goddess Juno is closely conjunct this New Super Moon in Gemini. The care and attention of our words is foremost in our mind when focusing on our intimate relationships. Are we demonstrating loving communication within our closest loved ones?
Further, we are supported to develop our intuition that is offered to us by the sign of Sagittarius, which is the opposite to the sign of Gemini. When we follow through on our intuitive messages, then we can learn to trust ourselves and our intuition over our sometimes Gemini gossip mind. Words can hurt more deeply than daggers.
This way any individual can distinguish their feeling of wellbeing within, as being on the right track. Being mindful that when we feel good, we are simply balanced between the left side of the hemisphere of the brain and right side. The sign of Gemini rules our left-side, the intellect and the right-side is governed by the sign of Sagittarius and our intuition within ourselves.
The zodiacal sign of Gemini is mutable. These mutable signs are adaptable and changeable. What this can mean is that these mutable signs are not stuck in their way of thinking.
The mutable signs are Gemini, Sagittarius, Virgo or Pisces. The people that have these signs in their natal chart ranging from 23 to 29 degrees will feel this New Moon more so than others.
The invitation is to print your birth charts and physically place this New Super Moon in Gemini into your house, which can assist you to see what area of life your Gemini resides in. Possibly this way you may more easily see, if the New Moon is making any significant aspects to any points or angles. This includes the Ascendant or Descendant and the I.C. or the M.C.
It is my experience that we can miss things, if we simply look at our charts without actually placing the sign and the degrees of the Moon placement on a printed copy of our charts.
